From humble beginnings in 1952, Foremost Insurance was initially motivated to provide insurance to American families living in mobile homes. Throughout the 60s and 70s, the company followed up with the first travel trailer insurance policies and coverage for boats, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and ATVs.

Since then, Foremost has continued to expand in the specialty insurance market, offering a great selection of coverages and has been rated an A by A.M. Best. They have even earned an endorsement from AARP to provide mobile home and motorcycle insurance to their members.
