Covid-19 Coronavirus Response from Unruh Insurance Agency.

We at Unruh Insurance have been keeping up, as many of you have, about how to respond to the Coronavirus. Our office will be open as usual and will be following our normal office hours. In order to best protect the health of our clients and employees, we ask that you limit all face-to-face contact with our offices.

Your business is valuable to us, and we will still be able to serve you and your insurance needs via phone, email, text, or our website. If you need to make a payment, we ask that, if possible, you pay by check, credit or debit card using any of the following options:

• Contact the insurance company directly to make your payment (links available at here)
• Drop your payment into the secure drop box located just outside the front door at both of our locations
• Call us and we will take your debit or credit payment over the phone
• Utilize our drive-up window at the East Earl location for payments and simple transactions

All other changes, requests, or new policies can be handled over the phone, and we can either mail or email the paperwork for signatures.
